Eligibility

Open to all legally registered startup businesses with presence in Kerala. Must have operated for at least one year and designate an authorized decision-maker.

Application Period

Late, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Selection of Top 10

Kerala Startup Fest (KSF) & Origami Creative will shortlist 10 startups based on business viability, impact potential, and engagement readiness. All decisions are final and at KSF & Origami Creative’s sole discretion.

Prizes & Benefits

One winning brand will receive a brand makeover deal that covers strategy, story, identity, and mood boards.

The remaining 9 brands will receive a 1–2 hour expert consultation, exclusive service discounts, potential media exposure, and access to funding opportunities. *Funding to be based on the project agreement terms.

Notification & Acceptance

All 10 startups will be notified by 06/01/2026. The grand-prize winner must accept within seven (7) days of notification, failing which the prize may be reallocated.

Intellectual Property

Applicants grant KSF & Origami Creative the right to use submitted materials (logos, videos, presentations) for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Campaign-created content remains the property of Origami Creative unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Data Privacy

Applicant data is processed per Origami Creative’s Privacy Policy and will not be sold to third parties. Data may be used for future communications unless the applicant opts out.

Modification & Liability

KSF & Origami Creative reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. There is no cash alternative to the prizes. Origami Creative’s liability is limited to the prize value and excludes any technical failures.

Prize Forfeiture & Repayment

If the grand-prize winner fails to commence or complete the agreed branding project within the stipulated 2.5-month timeframe, the winner will attract penalties and must repay the full project value to Origami Creative within 30 days of written notice.

Governing Law

Governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Bangalore courts. By submitting an application, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
